A few useful answers
What exactly is a Head?

A Head is a set of research, scoring and exclusion rules built around a particular audience or campaign. AI proposes the rules; you review and approve the brief before it is used. The Head configuration is yours permanently, including when your subscription is paused.

Can I test my Head before it uses my Coins?

Yes. Once you have joined, every Head you build, including extra Heads added later, gets 5 Coins on us for its calibration test. Review the results, eliminate poor matches and explain your decisions. Medusa refines the rules, then you approve the Head before it starts hunting with your own Coins. If 3 or more of the 5 miss, we rerun the test once, free. See pricing.

Does a high score mean someone will buy?

No. A score reflects how well the available evidence matches your approved criteria. It helps prioritise research and outreach; it does not confirm buying intent or guarantee a sale.

What happens when the evidence is incomplete?

Gaps should be shown in the report. The assessment can explain what is supported, what is inferred and what needs further checking.

How does a Head improve?

Your feedback on accepted leads, poor matches and sales outcomes can inform changes to the brief. Refined rules should remain reviewable so you can understand what changed.
