Is the £19.99 Challenge a subscription?

No. No. It purchases your first permanently owned Head for £19.99. A paid subscription requires a separate choice.

Can I add extra Heads without changing plan?

Yes. Every additional Head is £19.99 one-off, permanently yours, with no plan-based Head limit.

Can I buy more Coins?

Yes. Coin purchases are optional and manually approved. No automatic top-ups.

What happens to unused Coins?

Coins retain a 90-day expiry from purchase or allocation and require an active subscription to spend. The wallet follows earliest-expiry-first usage.

When are paid enrichment APIs used?

Only after companies pass the Head's qualification stage and are selected for the relevant paid enrichment or verification workflow.

Do rejected companies use Coins?

No. A Coin charge occurs on eligible delivered opportunities, not on rejected candidates. Research costs of rejected candidates remain part of Medusa's operating economics.

Can I pause a Head?

Yes. Head programmes can be paused. If an additional slot is cancelled, its programming can remain archived subject to the platform retention terms.

What about Pack+?

Pack+ is not available at launch. It will only be offered if licensed credit-data costs and usage rights support the service.
